• Guest Arrivals Staff 
• Grounds Operations Staff 
• Bartenders
• Barbacks 
• Cooks
• Lifeguards (Paid Certification Training)

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously

- Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the lagoon area, ensuring all facilities are kept in pristine condition

- Support in setting up and organizing events, activities, and promotions to enhance guest experiences

- Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests of all ages and backgrounds

- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and fellow team members.

**Qualifications:**

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required
